Volusia Mall is anchored by Dillard's and JCPenney and features one million square feet of retail, including more than 100 specialty shops. In 2015, CBL purchased the Sears Auto Center and redeveloped it to add new dining options, including Bonefish Grill and Metro Diner, as well as Aspen Dental.
